I don't have any concrete evidence just a good relationship with a Realtor there who did say that a lot of agents in the area won't show them.  

For what it is worth, anecdotal evidence that I've been exposed to the past few years....wealthier investors that own residential real estate (not commercial) are more likely to have their assets held in some sort of Trust vs beginner investors with 1 property tend to have that property in an LLC.  

. - Developable land: Vacant land is the most speculative real estate investment class, good evidence of that is the duration the current owner(s) have had title and that nothing was ever created or erected.

You keep trashing the guy based on the fact that he was a Realtor, and now with righteous indignation, bring to the table evidence that he's a ****.

If they find evidence it was not properly removed they can force you to use a special remediation company that can skyrocket costs. 

If he wants to deduct from SD, file in small claims court and present your evidence.

But it's still not based on hard evidence. 

Still, the author suggested redlining was occurring based on the drawing - would he not have to provide evidence of this?

The POF is evidence of “cash on hand” in the name of the Buyer on the contract.
