So I've come across 3 properties for sale, (8 units total + 3 bay garage), seller is willing for seller financing, and all communications are going through a third party who has agreed with me when I told him I believe the seller has an unrealistic view of what his properties are worth.I was initially only interested in the first two properties because that are on the same lot and need to be sold together.

Begin thinking:  As an owner, I have the right to rent, sell, paint, abuse and even burn any thing I own (yeah,  property would need to be owned free and clear).if I own it, I can manage it.Any law contrary would be an abuse of common sense and we might see another Tea Party :grin::Thinking no longer required{ yes, that's snide, satirical & couldn't resist :sigh: }

Obviously the person posting the ad was merely looking to collect an assignment fee, but I'm wondering how the poster of that craigslist ad would make a profit for setting up the two parties, and how they would market the deal to the investor to make it worth their while.
