@Joe Lee, if you have created the LLC and transferred ownership from yourself personally into the name of the LLC you should have the tenants sign a new contract.

Hi @Miko Lee,Demanding tenants, even otherwise qualified ones, are bad news.

Use Primavera or Oracle as tent now call it, as I have much more complex needs, but MS project is very easy to learn and user friendly as it has a MS office look and feel.Good luck, Lee
