Any 'Collaborative' Project Management Software Recommendations?

Hi All. We're currently using Zoho Creator to manage our leads but need something 'task oriented' to manage those leads that turn into deals. I'm specifically looking for project management software that allows us to create templates so that each time we convert a lead into a deal, we don't have to create the same tasks over and over again since we go through the same basic steps for every deal. It doesn't look like Zoho Projects Plus (an app inside of Zoho Creator) does this and I'm trying to find out if Zoho Projects does.

Any other recommendations? Thanks in advance.
