I had someone call me about wanting to do their first real estate deal, they had been working hard for almost a year and had nothing to show for it, they seemed ambitious so I told them I would give them a task and when they completed it to call me back, they did this a couple days in a row so I started taking them serious and I told them exactly how to buy a house and sell it, they had a little good fortune and in just under 3 weeks they sold their first house and made a profit of $37,000 and they didn't have any money of their own, and I didn't give them any money, just advice over the phone. My point is that they could have worked a job for those 3 weeks and saved their pay checks... so I no longer think that saving money is the best way to start.
