Here is mine this was a nice email. Always feels great when I get a nice note. It is wonderful to have great tenants.

Good morning,

I hope all is well. We have been like been living in this house for the past 3 years and have been very fortunate with both the house and the location. Our future plans are to eventually buy a house but until then we treat this as our own home. So I wanted to ask would it be possible for me to take the cabinet mirror in the bathroom; sand it down and repaint it white since it is all scratched up and would allow the bathroom to look a lot better. Let me know your thoughts. And by the way the tub is draining like it was before. Not sure what changed but it is working great now. Happy Saturday!
