I'm new to all of this and i guess been shy about even though I don;t have a shy personality, but great advice and kind of weight off the shoulders on what to do and how to get from A to B.

I believe that if you act like your backs to the wall financially, and the first deal will make or break your dreams, like so many others on here, if your educated, focused and driven, you will be wildly successful and then you will have the finances to accelerate faster than many others.  

As a consequence, people tend to either not set back the heat or overshoot (set it too high) thinking that will heat the room faster.  

They were literally holding the entire home up, so I would assume the basement wall no longer had much weight on it.Re-sale would be my concern & most of those we viewed in the affected area are heavily discounted with some empty & on the market >174 days.

Some sellers will take less money to sell faster.

The struggle and grind creates character and you will learn how to do things better and faster with experience.

Colleges look at relative ranks within a class and give it high weight.

(My husband pushing faster than I want to go) I've joined one of my local REIAs and attended a three day training put on by the Rich Dad Poor Dad organization.

I enjoy the process of flipping homes and  I am reaching out to anyone who is looking for someone to help them fix up their flips with fresh ideas to help them sell faster, by looking good.

I know that many people do but there are faster and higher return options.Returns of 50-200% are my goal.
