Every time a corporation contributes heavily to a campaign to get a seat at the advising panel that recommends the wording of policy in order to create a loophole or a subsidy or an exemption, they're good businesspeople.Every time a high net worth individual declares his income as part of a trust inside an S-corp inside four or five LLCs, structures himself and his businesses like a pretzel, creates four or five highly questionable writeoffs to avoid paying out a penny more in taxes than he absolutely has to, he's really just "sheltering his assets."

I have an issue and would like some feedback on the situation so I can decide on a plan of action.I live in Leander, Tx(Travis county) and I financed solar panels about 1.5 years ago.

It depends on the price point, but I'm going to assume that you are flipping an average house with shaker style cabinets in your market instead of a luxury home with modern flat panel European style cabinets.I'm not sure if this is available in your market, but we buy from local Chinese Building supply stores.

Spending extra on mechanicals and materials to increase the lifespan and designing the house so can be easily maintained (adding service panels to shower control valves or vanities, etc.)

I recently had to upgrade the service and panels on a six unit I purchased in Cicero even though the existing panels were 100 amp.

I have spoken on panels at REIA groups with them a few times.they have a non recourse product for foreigners they sell the paper to insurance companies and they take on other brokers..

In some of them it's a fabric panel you have to replace or wash; in some of them it's more like the lint filter on a dryer (a plastic or wire mesh) that you just scrape off/wash off and reinstall. 

For gas and electrical meters, I have only had to install one new electric service/panel on my property in South Bend, IN.

I can't remember the ignorant politician or bureaucrat who made the comment that coal miners and people who work in industries such as fracking would simply shift over to making solar panels hahahaha.

Is there a way to have the solar panel company release the lien without releasing the person that actually agreed to the solar panels in the first place?
