In your situation, I would consider adding a couple units in a shared area with coin op operation to offset the maintenance, but unless absolutely necessary, I wouldn't provide them in each unit.

With an inside track you might can find 1 but it is not easy, especially for someone like the OP who wants to do his first build.And since this is the OPs first build I seriously doubt he is going to take on the role of being his own project manager.
