I have a public debt fund dedicated to real estate that a partner and I have not activated in Georgia because we do not have an operations partner on the ground yet.And of course I am always looking for people who want to allocated some of their investment dollars to real estate, especially internationally right now, more specifically Belize.

.$50k isn't much, so leverage is probably key...but that doesn't mean you can't allocate to multiple areas...for example, hire a marketing firm and build your campaign for off-market properties...and leverage bank money on a buy-and-hold.

In my case, I allocate funds to buy the property and then I sell on Lease Option to a Tenant Buyer and get $20k to $25k from them.
