It might not be a good practice or ethical but it is definitely not criminal.

TIC is desirable doable from a legal and practical standpoint because it’s not creating a subdivision.

They have some restrictions, but it sounds worse than it is in practice.

I am currently in the process of learning seo, but I know that it will take a long time to get at the top of the markets I am targeting (separate landing pages for albany, utica, syracuse, rochester, binghamton, buffalo). 

@Don PhelpsWe don’t have just a ton of money to throw at SEO but I do have some ideas to get people bringing us deals.

Is that common practice in your experience?

When I was a practicing Realtor, there were a few occasions where my clients really needed the credit repair help so they had been referred to a credit repair person by one of my "Go To” & trusted lenders.

I don't think it will be a "cash cow" but it might be the perfect practice round!
