I’ve seen this done before on a similar building as it had a bunch of smaller units that aren’t exactly easy to fill, and the area made sense for it.If it’s in bad need of renovation you could remove all the doors but one entry and make it industrial type storage for one tenant(think HVAC, Electrician, Plumber, etc) I’m not saying that’s what I’d do, I own multiple self storage facilities as well, but this small of a building for just storage without expansion opportunity would be annoying to manage in my opinion.
