@michael bishop, some of the ways to drive up NOI in self storage is through inceasing rents, selling ancillaries such as tenant insurance, packing and moving supplies, using technology to become unmanned, and plain old revenue management....for example, if you come in Monday morning and find that you have one 10x10 available, that unit may cost 10% more than it normally does because of supply and demand.

If only we could figure out how to do it as a webinar or whatever it's called where people could speak up as on a conference call, I know nothing about that as I admit being technologically deficient!

I will definitely be looking into a better advanced technology.

It also seems to use technology to its fullest extent to gather info, communicate, document, and overall - understand what is happening with your property or project. 

It's good to see more people using technology to improve and organize their work and increase the overall quality of STRs.
