@Brie Schmidtunderstood...I was just checking the cook county property tax portal and it shows  Property Class Description Apartment building with 2 to 6 units, any ageWasn't sure if that means building is zoned as max 6 units...I will ask for the zoning certificate from seller..Thanks!

He is a smoker, sub letter and the apartment is overall quite messy.I was happy to see that you can purchase these valuation reports that looks at owners in the complex, recent sale prices, similar apartment pricing in the same area etc...My question is: Do you purchase valuation reports when looking to acquire a property, or how do you go about your property valuation / comp process?

I don’t have pictures, but imagine six people who are all smokers and drug users, and horders living in 1000 square feet for 50 years.

On my spare time I like to go jogging, take walks in the mountains, cook spicy food and spend time with friends and family.Haven't met anyone from Norway yet, or happen to know quite a few?

@Michael Cook there are a few ways I think you could handle it.  

Are you a smoker.  

I used only Cook County zip codes and I pretty much stayed within the Chicagoland area as that's what I know best. 

I listen while I'm driving to work, working out, playing video games, on the toilet, before I go to sleep, eating breakfast, cooking dinner, etc.

I'm sure there should at least be separate meters for the electric but I'm not too sure about the heat, hot water, city water, and cooking gas.
