Sign purchase agreement
Hey guys. I am just getting started. I have a person that will be handling the the talking to sellers from our direct mail. Question is how do I need to set it up to where he can sign a purchase agreement on behalf of our company? We have an LLC setup but he is not a member of the LLC.
