You should be able to request to have yours removed from the property but your name is no longer on title.

Advice like cash for keys is laughable and hasn't been practiced effectively in NJ for years because the renters know that the state is very tenant-friendly and will request 15-30k for cash for keys when it used to be like 2-4k.

So you have an air handler that looks like a regular forced air furnace and it has an evaporator coil in it that gets cold or hot depending on what the thermostat is requesting.

Some other software are made specifically for tenant management but it can be done in QBO if needed (minus maintenance requests, etc).I hope this helps!
