I also use a GIS mapping website like this one I found for Orange county CA http://gis.co.orange.nc.us/land/search.asp Click on “land records division" on the left Then select "Orange county interactive GIS mapping systems" Click on "accept limitations" Enter the last name first then their first name (Johnson Judy) then click on the little binoculars next to the box in which you entered the name.

However; Orange County CA doesn't allow Parcelquest to use their information.

As I've mentioned, as developers in the coastal areas of Orange County CA, I've become fascinated in the niche of Vacation Rental properties, just because of the sheer number of them.
