Public Records - no address?
I just went to my county's Recorder's office to search for NOD's and found many of them...but none of them have addresses. How do I locate the owner of a property that I find in the Recorder's office? The docs had info like name, amount in default, etc.. but no way for me to contact the owner...help! I'm new!

You have to be creative :) In my area I look up the "NOD" and make note of the tax assessor number or the owners name, then use that to search in the tax records to come up with the address.
I also use a GIS mapping site, plug in thier name and match it up that way. It also gives me a good overview of the porperty, value, parcel size etc.
