Water is collecting at the bottom of the driveway and flooding the garage, I've had a drainage company come out this morning and they are saying they would need to dig up the driveway, run a pipe to the top of the driveway so they can connect to the main road drainage total cost $8K + I would need a new driveway.They suggested possibly speaking with a landscaper or a driveway company for alternative optionsAnyone had a similar issue that can provide some insight or suggestions?

Good afternoon, AndrewThank you for your kind message.When we took over the house we had a tenant at the 1 bedroom(with extra bonus room in the attic)apt for which we decided to not increase the rent at least for the first year, that tenant pays $1150, my second tenant is an elderly couple with section 8 both tenants pay all utilities separately, we are only responsible for water and landscaping and common area lights.

Most of the beautiful landscaping, mature palm trees, mature deciduous trees, natural grass, are dead.I believe they had cameras up all over too.I think meth makes you paranoid.I hope it works out well for you.

I don't see any expenses for landscaping.

Did you tell her you'd landscape it when she rented it?
