There should be a process or something similar to:The contractor identifies an issue that is outside of the scope of work, you review and determine is it in the scope or not.

This mostly relates that adding a small unit in small counts is very expensive development.  

Despite my attempts to resolve these issues, Justin Banks, the property manager, tried to manipulate me into feeling guilty by playing the single dad card, relating to the tenant.

We have done many Sub2 purchases over the years and it’s never been an issue, but twice.

I was just trying to see if there was anything on the market thats simple to plug and play especially with offer templates designed and already integrated to send out as blind offers.For lead gen I do run an agency so generating buyer leads wont be an issue.

You could try leasing the rooms to an entity and then using the entity to lease to tenants to shield you from liability from operational issues, but I doubt this works.
