Marketing, network, MLS...?

But for the average Joe, we aren’t set to inherit tons of money from our family, we tried the stock market but we’ve ended up with average 7-8% returns, maybe some of us have great ideas, but we don’t have the connections and/or the network to adequately fund our business ventures.Raising money to purchase a home is relatively easy for the vast majority of people and in some cases can be shockingly affordable.

As of right now im just networking as much as possible in the area trying to find potential partners and working my tail off to make more money that way. 

I would suggest that you connect to a local REI club and build a network of connections.

If anyone could steer me in the right direction on where to find contracts I would love to connect and network with as many people on this site to complete deals with.

Focused on business strategy, networking, and deal hunting at the moment.
