Even home inspectors can really screw this part up.Old rust belt cities have knob and tube wiring, asbestos tiles inside and out, asbestos wrapped boilers, lead paint, lead plumbing, mixed metering, and other things that can turn an investment upside down.The age of the home is far less important than the age of the mechanicals.
