They will also ask for a copy of your insurance deck page (rehab vacant policies are super high) and mortgage note to verify the monthly payment.So its best you probably sell this "flip," prior to applying for your 2-4 unit FHA house hack purchase unless you think your qualifying income right now is enough to qualify for your FHA purchase and carry that HML payment on the flip simultaneously.If you're a high W2 or self employed income earner you may be able to carry both and still carry out both plans simultaneously.

I'm also a big DIYer and have done drywall, tile, plumbing, molding, windows/doors, decks (4), electrical, flooring, and a bunch of other stuff.Since we started this journey back in December, we've created a LLC, gotten a HELOC, spoken to our contractor about our plans, have some private money lined-up, been to several meetups, met agents, met wholesalers, and basically done a bunch of research.

I’m not sure how hands on you are with your flips but my dad is a GC so I’ve been on job sites doing production trim work (hanging doors, crown moulding, etc), framing, drywall, roofing, decks etc. since I was 14 years old after school, weekends and summers.
