Just had a reunion of all my 6 kids, spouses and 11 grand kids( the beneficiaries of my IT) as we prepare for my sons' wedding saturday.

The two times both myself and my mother were nice, my mom was taken to court and I was royally SC***wed.

This would make us more active in our investment, but I actually kind of like that......Or at least I think I would ;)One more tidbit of information: my wife and I plan to eventually move into event hosing on our land (weddings/b-days/corporate events) at a barn (to be built in the future).

I have sent wedding gifts, I check on things every so often, I even brought food to a hospital.  

And us to keep the ADU permit, wed have to occupy it permanently.Does anybody have a legal way to have an ADU without residing in the house?

(shed not locked)he has b and e (broken and entered) on other shed and stole a old tv....Sheriff report filed and he has treatned us(sheriff here to hear it) that he will own this property and will live here free for 90 days or more....Wed he called the sheriff and two cars came up because he told them my husband locked him out, not so he had the keys in his hand and my husband opened the door and that to me was a false call to the sheriff office.thank you for your imput, we are kinda of screwed right now till we can get a un lawful detatainer.....he was given several verbal notices and a three day notice which we just took down....he has full acess to our property and this is not what we want....thank you for reading this....sorry forum..

Her and her husband make fine salaries, so she seems less wed to real estate than myself.BKnox

Note I may be biased to these areas as I live in north Peoria and had my wedding in the Paradise Valley area, used to live in Tempe, and am very familiar with the East Valley.
