There are way too many variables to answer this beyond just a wild ballpark, let’s say $10-75 per square foot but depending on the actual project, scope of work, choice of finishes etc. it could be well outside of that range on either end.

I agree Jason, saying "let the chips fall where they may" can be accepted after you make those reasonable attempts to justify you deal, doesn't mean that you sit there like the three monkeys, see no value, hear no value and speak no value.Really, there are so many variables to this subject that if almost any comment is made, it can be sliced into another aspect.
