You actually did the inspection on my first deal in Wolfville a little over a month ago, and you helped out a ton.I'm also happy to see a little more traffic from the Annapolis Valley on here.

I am prior military (AF) and an air traffic controller. 

It's quite far from Downtown LA (probably 2 hours with traffic at least) but it's still part of LA County.

I had the opportunity to make my way back up there not too long ago, and saw that the traffic is just as I remembered.

A private family lives there, and traffic issues abound.  

Also, county or city traffic departments have that information. 

Although the foot traffic was solid (7 showings on a Thursday??)

Thanks Amit, I was am a little torn as techies might not fit the profile of the building and would have more "foot traffic" than if we were to rent to a family. 

Look no further than maps with traffic, ride sharing, online booking services, even agriculture adjusting fertilizer in every square foot of the field to match the soil needs. 

Chicago is about 3 hours away from me and honestly really dislike Chicago traffic lol.
