We are trying to keep it low-key without speakers or "pitches" just because everyone is in a different place so the information given by a speaker may be relevant to one person but not another based on where they are in their journey. 

We also have a ton of great guest speakers.

The speakers do a much better job speaking than teaching.

We always have experienced guest speakers present on cool topics too such as building their portfolios and cost segregation.

Unbelievable time with top notch speakers and incredible attendees!

I’ve been listening to “motivational speakers” and been reading books like that for almost a decade now.

If the items left behind are valuable like cell phone charges, bluetooth speakers etc, I go out of my way to get them returned.Only once has a guest decided they didn't want their shirt, jacket, charger, speaker, makeup bag, backpack, Switch controller etc back.This is the kind of good customer service that gets you the 5 star reviews.

I went to a seminar last night and asked the speaker what would she do in my situation and she said DO NOT waste my time with that property or in that city anymore.

My guess is National Speaker comes in to sell their program and the local guru gets a cut of the club that buys.
