Atlanta is just under your nose and growing like crazy at fractional prices compared to our area.  

Landscaped, re-painted, bull nosed all the corners, removed old popcorn acoustic, pushed up low ceilings, opened up the Kitchen and dining area.

That makes me think they are trying to pretend they are actually going to live there but are going to end up renting the whole place out under your nose.  

I’m now either gonna lose my earnest money and all the time and money I’ve invested into getting my offer accepted, or I’m gonna have to pay through the nose for a hard money loan to get the property.
