A lot of uncertainty has resulted in people sitting on the sidelines until things play out further.

Those with more access to cash will do more deals, those who do not have access to cash will be sitting on the sidelines until liquidity is restored to the market and guidelines start opening up.

Wondering if there will be any “Balance Sheet“ lenders out there on the side lines?
