The person who gifted it to us has a billboard business also and wants to invest in real estate next so for more reason I should start learning ahead of time to showcase my knowledge to him and become asset.I do like residential, but really want to specialize in something else as well that not every other agent is doing and I definitely understand why investors would want to stick to agents that are knowledgeable of this sector.

It's all in your marketing.....I would set up a YouTube channel.......IG and a business Facebook and just show more of what you do on a daily..........showcase your rehabs......and everything you do in real estate......give tips and random gems as free game....
