Just know that if it ends up in court, it will be ugly and expensive and "discrimination" is an all too easy weapon for the tenant to use to beat you into a lifeless, bloody pulp.Presumably, he's somewhat motivated to sell.  

In that the state of the economy is a very weaponized message with much motive to convince up or down. 

SF also passed a no-concealed weapons law..

Attorney letters are a GREAT weapon...usually not more than a couple hundred bucks.

This is usually done by scaring you (fear is the strongest weapon in any war/game/or business).

Or you could carry a weapon, and if NY allows you to "stand your ground", so to speak, you could shoot him dead if he becomes menacing.

AFTER giving up on the guy and hiring a new landscaper and buying sod again I came to easily find out online he had prior drug/weapon arrests..
