The house we live in right now fell out of escrow the Tues before Thanksgiving, we almost did a showing on Thanksgiving but got in on the Friday after thanksgiving, we had an offer in over the weekend and had the house under contract within the week.What we find is during the holidays, sellers are motivated, and buyers are usually less active. 

Lending laws are a lot more relaxed here.

And who wants to move at the holiday season? 

Better tennats will start looking after the holidays.

This time of year is generally a little harder to get properties rented out because of the upcoming holidays and changing weather.

I’m just trying to help her not be put out during the holiday season .

We are planning to use the home as a holiday home for the summer and airbnb while we are not there.

I normally don't go away more than a night or two but with the holidays and winter I tend to have longer times away.
