I did not sign up as a premier agent, though i did pay the $9.99 for the first time for a listing, so I'm assuming they've inserted some legal jargon you are agreeing to somewhere, but what about the caller is simply calling in to inquire? 

Sanchez, do you mean something like use virtual assistants or just do your own phone calls but not show your personal caller ID?

Your statistic that only 30-40% of callers leave a message has me worried as I have NO way to capture hang up calls with patlive....

I am in round two of a direct mail campaign and callers are getting more sharp in their replies; its said to expect creative responses to creative marketing and of course I'm hearing more "creativity" sent my way after the second letter than after the first letter.

I had approached a friend of mine months ago about starting a youtube channel, us doing silly things / pranks, comedy type stuff.

There were even a few times this year I didnt even look a a house because I could tell the caller wasn't that motivated.

Serious callers will leave a message and I try to group showings when its convenient for me.Hope that helps!
