If any of them, or their past or present entities have filed BK or had a foreclosure, they are supposed to disclose it.

thanksMatt, I think the mold issue might be a bad example as I believe it is the law in most states that you must disclose any known mold issues, past or present, that you are aware of and what was done to fix the problem -- receipts for remediation, inspections, etc.
