Hi I’m looking for some advice/guidance on starting my house flipping journey. Me and my business partner have saved 100k and are looking for the best way to start our project. Things I’m looking for are types of loans to consider, how to find properties (not on Zillow) and open to any other suggestions you guys might have. We are beginners in this trade and are looking for helping hands thanks!

Good morning Stephan.

Maybe I can help you get this started with several Blogs.

As an investor and Contractor of a few properties I see first time investors

that flip do this big mistake!

They always over kill the property.

Tear off the sheet rock, new plumbing, new electrical.

Now they have to pay to re sheet rock, new trim, new doors, etc.

It cost them $30,00-50,000 more and about 2 more months to do what

is not that necessary!

I have seen  new investors here in Phoenix re stucco perfect stucco and color.

The color that is all ready on the house is neutral and good looking.

But they were thinking that another $13,000  would just make the house better!

I would tie down an investor friendly contractor that will give you the items that

will be needed and that is it.

Don't have your sister tell you what to do, your best friend, pastor, or girlfriend.

Its a business and its your hard earned money,

Don't Over Kill!!

best of luck!
