If you can afford it, I would recommend a Triplex or even a 4 unit; because you are mitigating your risk and likely increasing your cash flow.

When I compared prices with other vendors seemed to be quite reasonable ($399).One of my bigger concerns about hitting then "Pay" button was whether this company will be there for me in the event that their report ever gets questioned by the "authorities", you know who I am referring to :).To mitigate that risk I looked up individuals on their site and made some calls.

@Carlos C. in our opinion, the only real reason to put your properties in an LLC is for anonymity.Many investors screw this up though, by using their own name and address as the LLC Registered Agent:(All risk can be mitigated with enough insurance.
