Building on wetlands
Hello, a begginer question and might be a stupid question but is it possible to build on a land which is 100% wetland? Is so - what are the chances to get permits to build and what would you estimate the cost to actually get the land ready to build (water delineation, mitigation etc..)?
Thanks in advance
