There are always things that come up on a job that need to be figured out and discussed and someone who is not knowledgeable about construction listening in, can take things out of context or misunderstand what's happening.

I asked the listing broker about taxes and they replied:"Since they will be deeded as condos you will pay the taxes as assessed by the county"Unless I am misunderstanding something, they are asking me to consider purchasing without knowing what my tax bill will be.

We did have some opposition testimony but it was based on some misunderstandings. 

The other thing to note is that this is all just a possible misunderstanding.

Every other day I see it posted in a thread, even in response to some of my own. It's like people are hard of reading or just parrot what they hear someone else say in a single sentence on the forums, further spreadin...

@Brian Knotts, I think there may be a misunderstanding on what you're trying to do. 

I'm in the process of clearing the misunderstanding up with my agent***What is the proper etiquette on passing a non MLS leads to colleagues with out offending my Agent even though I was personally viewing them for my personal investment but no longer interested? 

And, seeing as there is no contract and clearly there are some misunderstandings due to poor communications, you might get a judgement that favors you more than them, or maybe something more towards the middle?
