I found 50 acres off market near a few popular state parks in Ohio. 

The Charleston market seems to be pretty saturated, so I've been looking at other cities since I'm not tied to the area.

My question is if we are marketing this as land, is more value added from the 2020 mobile home or the multiple utility hook ups?

Crexi, Loopnet are probably the two biggest but why not work with an agent that can present you with multiple off market and listed deals?

Instead of following trends, tailor your space to the lifestyle of your target market.

If you're still interested, take a trip to the site once ground has been broken.The flashy marketing material for a new development is great, but don't put your money at risk for something that's likely to vaporize.
