Vendor sponsors are only people he's done business with (insurance, locksmith, appraiser) and they're all very well-regarded by other investors who have used them.The investors who are unhappy sound like they have a right to be, but I don't know the other side of the story.

Regarding the back door you may need to get a lock smith in there to switch out the lock, which should not be very expensive.

If you don't want to go that route, look for a local locksmith that will do them for you and give you a master key.

You're going to want to contact a locksmith to open the door for you and then change the locks as the previous owner may still have the keys to the property.

Selling agent needs to take care of this or the deal is offIf the tenant changed the lock without written authorization and the tenant was given proper notice for inspection, the PM can legally show up with a locksmith and open the door....as long as a decent lease is in place....which given the situation, there may not beSo you had an "appointment" and neither real estate agent showed up?
