First purchase questions
Hi everyone, I Want to purchase my first home to flip in Foreclosure bid and I have a few questions
- For first purchase what will be most recommended? Bid/Agent?
- I understand the when I'm bidding usually I cannot inspect the house and I have to buy it "As Is". Can I inspect it after winning the bid and cancel if the repairs are too high? (regret time)
- Can i check for lien or any legal claim before biding? How does it work?
- How much time after wining and transferring the full payment I can get the keys and start renovating the house?
- Does the bidding process is throw the county website only?
I will be really appreciate that if some can spit the light and explain me the process and the best way to buy a foreclosure house without making mistakes.
Thank you
