This may sound harsh, but really what are the tenants going to use the water for? 

I've worked with a few lenders but am happy with Chemical Bank right now.

All experts said that it cannot be repaired..Tenant insurance said it doesn't cover chemicals.

It's slow but I was afraid the chemicals would dissolve the black mastic and soak in, staining the floor forever.

There is some room in the East but it quickly gets environmentally harsh and has Imperial county.I have never been to Columbus (I have been to Dayton - Columbus would be highest on my Ohio cities to visit).

They break down odors at the chemical level to actually make them disappear.

I always ask their technician whether he is using chemicals to kill the roaches or feeding them vitamins.
