Langer and he had no heirs and no succession so I ended up with the company :)  but I learned from one of the best lenders on the planet.. tough but fair..

Go do the math, 22 years translates back into 0.4%....Does not mean that you can't dig up the whole planet and find a deal like that...

Some of these people will look at you like are from another planet when you say ACH..
