New from Indianapolis, Searching for Buyers

My name is Taylor Dial, a newcomer from Indianapolis! I have been doing some research about real estate investing and found out about BP. Currently, I work for a multi-family developer in Indianapolis, but want to get into real estate investing on my own. My hope is that I can leverage some of the construction and development knowledge I have gained through my field of work into evaluating properties. I want to start by focusing on wholesaling single-family properties. My goal is to start there, and if successful, move on to flipping or managing properties. I would love to receive some advice and/or tips that have helped others get started as well as build some relationships through BP. Does anyone have buyer contacts in Indianapolis that they would be willing to share??

Hi @Taylor Dialwelcome to the greatest place for real estate investors. We have meetups once a month. Check out the link here. The people who have reached out to you in this thread are amazing @Account Closedare just the greatest people to work with on the planet. We all share deals with one another. We partner up with one another. While we may compete from time to time we still have each other's backs. That is huge in this industry of "Dog-Eat-Dog" mentality.

Feel free to reach out to any of us! Each one of us loves to help others. "If we help enough people get what they want- we will get what we want". Basically, if we work together and you make money- then we make money. Welcome to the Indy BP "family" where all of us will take time out of our busy schedule to help you out. These guys I have mentioned have all been doing deals with me and ALL of them have acted as mentors to me. Like REAL mentors should do. (Not the ones you pay money for - boo!)

I wish you the best of luck on the new door the has been opened for you! Listen to Shawn's podcast that just came out today. He says some really good stuff and the very end about just getting out there and making stuff happen. It is amazing what you can do when you really put your mind to it. Take care!
