I can tell you it seems like every day people say they can finance some of these things, and when they get down to it, they can't perform. 

It’s just so pervasive in our everyday lives.

Look everyday morning and night deals pop up fast book a tour and get in before the other buyers.

Good on you for making the decision you did - bottom line, we have to make hard decisions every day with the data we have stacked against our own experience and professionalism.
