I haven't been able to discern any actual difference in wording between the two contracts.

Having those traits you listed is hard to find and discern, but I know there are good partners out there.And Ryan, that's what I'm worried about.

The structure may go for many years without any discernable problems but within a few months of drought conditions will sink, sag, bow and crack.

Account ClosedSince, in Texas, there is no availability of the lien to the public for purchase, it may seem that you are asking for information that would violate the privacy of a debtor in  transaction in which you have no discernable interest. 

The point being that there's no way to discern if that's a good deal based off the information.

I don't know if there's a delicate way to discern that.I don't know how the heck you find the person but I still think a JV partner is the way to go.

It takes some special discernment to know what's true and what's a distraction.
