I teach others how to do SEO, and help their site rank and how to get 8 leads a day.

If you are going to be wholesaling or anything else for that matter, the website should be one of your first things you do so you can begin working on SEO and getting inbound leads.

Soon enough I started correcting people about SEO.

You don't HAVE to show them the leads, but I simply do not see a better way to convince people you HAVE leads other than showing you have them.Of course I know not everyone is sexy beautiful, gorgeous and an SEO yoda, ... like moi... so not everyone will be able to show off like this..BUT, the principle remains.

It is all about your SEO skills, credibility score, website speed yada yada yada.There are some basics I have no control over.
