I would talk to the people running the clinic and ask if they have done this before (guessing they have) and what paperwork they have for liability).

I live and breath Cleveland for the last 10 years,  In 2011 you could have purchased props for all in 25, 30k , with 25- 30% NET caps,,,, Now 65kish 10 -14% I see it going higher,,,,,,,Amazon 2 mill sq ft, the Clinic expanding seems daily, New hotels, restaurants , highways expanding, etc ,,   read what you want, but we live it .
