Population declining in Cleveland OH...

The population in CLE has been declining since 2011. How do current CLE investors feel about this and what's your outlook on the future of CLE REI?

@Michael Lewis I DONT buy into that, read what you want . I live and breath Cleveland for the last 10 years,  In 2011 you could have purchased props for all in 25, 30k , with 25- 30% NET caps,,,, Now 65kish 10 -14% I see it going higher,,,,,,,Amazon 2 mill sq ft, the Clinic expanding seems daily, New hotels, restaurants , highways expanding, etc ,,   read what you want, but we live it .  I only wish I kept more of the 500 flips I did
