Do banks do bridge lending for acquisition of a vacant retail building with a plan to re-tenant and sell. Property is located in California. Do banks do these types of loans, or is this strictly something I have to go to a bridge lender for?

A bank is not the place to have a smooth transaction for this type of deal. Short term capital willing to play ball and make the dream come through (true).
